There seems to be moments in our everyday lives where it's simply time to set down that heavy load of never ending responsibilities and just take up time to play. Tropical Currents is about such moments. It tempts us to drift closer as it dances in the warm waters and entices us to forget ourselves as we succumb to its mesmerizing trance. The cobra of the sea rises up with us and then waits for the first move. Can we keep our balance…. our sense of responsibility to those around us and to ourselves harmoniously at the same time? How do we fit both worlds into the folds of temptation? Are we spending too much time doing for others when we need more time to play, or spending too much time playing when we need to give more to those who share our lives?

In the tropics, Life is said to move slower and in this slow motion, we can find the answer if we dare to become our own enchantress of the sea. Finding the flexibility to bend and arch, to open our folds and close them again is there for the taking if we allow the waters of our desires to caress us as we drift by on Tropical Currents of our own.
